Refund & Returns

We want every research compound to arrive exactly as specified. This policy explains how to request a replacement or refund.

1. Damaged or defective on arrival

Report any damaged vial, broken seal, or shipment issue within 14 days of delivery. Include your order id and photos of the outer packaging and vial. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

2. Quality concerns

If you suspect a purity or integrity issue, share the batch number and your own analytical results. We will investigate against our retained reference sample and the batch COA.

3. Order errors

If we send an incorrect compound or dose, contact us within 7 days for a free correction shipment.

4. Non-returnable items

For cold-chain and sterile-handling reasons, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
